A CURRICULUM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR WOMEN IN THE INDUSTRY

HerSport Leadership Fellowship focuses on elevating the next generation of women leaders in sports, galvanizing them to achieve gender equity this decade. Through our hybrid curriculum, virtual live lectures and in-person summits, we do a deep dive into all aspects of the sports industry.

  • Her Business: Learn the business of sports (including, economics, power of data, and betting)

  • In fact, 94% of women who hold C-suite positions are former athletes and 80% of female Fortune 500 executives played competitive sports at one point in their lives (Forbes).
  • HerBrand: Explore branding strategies to amplify the female athlete and elevate the industry

  • HerRights: Understand the legal tools at an athlete’s disposal in fighting for gender equity

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a highly selective Fellowship and our cohort sizes depend on various factors. We typically strive for a diverse, intimate group of Fellows who can delve deep with us for the entire 20 week commitment.

There is no application fee. The cost of the Fellowship may be covered by employers or sponsors. For more information, please email us at [email protected].

We will accept and review applications on a rolling basis through February 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm.

Any professional who aspires to be a leader in sports and related industries.

Typically, we spend at least two hours per week in class together and Fellows commit two to three hours per week outside of class.

We design the Fellowship to make it accessible for women regardless of the demands they face. The class session schedule for our Fellowships depend on the availability of our Fellows. We will set the class schedule once we have admitted all members of our cohort.
